Julien Levy was the man. He gave Henri Cartier-Bresson his first exhibit in America
(with Walker Evans). Levy was the first to show Joseph Cornell's boxes and my all time
favorite, Dali was exhibited often. I would have loved to have seen HCB's show in 1935!
